How do I close my account?

Though it's sad to see you leave, if you decide to close your Spendora account, we're here to help.

• Paid user: you will need to cancel your subscription on Apple/ Google Play AND close your account in the Spendora app. [Follow steps #1 to #5 below]

• NOT a paid user: you will need to only close your account in the Spendora app. [Follow steps #2 to #5 below]

Step-by-step process:

1. IF you are a paid user, cancel your subscription on Apple/ Google Play 
   • Further instructions can be found via Apple/ Google’s websites
     • Apple: If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple
     • Google: Cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play
   • Note: If you have auto-renewable subscriptions, your billing will continue through Apple/ Google Play if you do not cancel your subscription on Apple/ Google Play
2. Go to your Spendora app and click “More” in the bottom-right corner
3. Select “Close Spendora Account”
4. Read through the warning message to understand the implications of proceeding. If you still wish to close your account then check the box.
5. Tap “Close Account”
